Please Help 😭

So my period came on 5 days early , stayed on for 5 days , went off for like 3/4 days ! I started spotting , but now it’s heavy & dark ! Anybody else experienced this ? If so , please help me ! My drs appointment is not til the end of the week ( btw I’ve been off of bc for at least 4/5 months now )
