I was curious how messed up your cycle is after a MC . More so if it was difficult to follow your cycle (ovulation, cycle length, when you’ll start again, etc )

Also, what is the most common wait period for your first period after MC ?

I am just worried my cycles will be super messed up & I won’t be able to track my cycle as well . It already took me so long to conceive the little one (11 months) worried it’ll take that long again 😥
