So I had a miscarriage in March at 15 weeks. I labored and she was delivered vaginal before I had to be induced for the d&c for the placenta. Anyway when it comes to terminology saying "i lost the baby" seems ridiculous. I know exactly where she is (burial plot) and her name, weight I have pictures, so to me she's not lost! It's such a struggle! I tried saying it different ways but I don't want to confuse people or retell the whole story Everytime. So much of my grief is just trying to have the words to express it.
