Brown Discharge

Hey ladies so I woke up to the restroom this morning & When i wiped I saw this & whats in the toilet. I've been having discharge within the last 2 weeks maybe but its on & off. Is this normal? Does this happen to any of you? I am currently 13 weeks 5 days please let me know!
