Can I change the time I take the pill?

I started taking birth control for the first time. 9:00 PM is the time I take it because I knew I would get really nauseous. Now that I’m over the side effects, I want to start taking the pill in the morning. I’m on the 4th week and take a combined pill. Do I have to wait until I start a new pack to change the time? And does the time change effect the effectiveness?

If your having unprotected sex I would wait until a new pack is opened so there's no risks

Just start your next pack at the new time. 
If you are in the 4th week, those pills do not have hormones, allowing you to get a period. Those pills can actually even be skipped safely. They are just there to help you keep track of when to start your next pack and to keep you in the habit of taking them every day
