I reached my goal!!!

I FINALLY hit my goal weight!! I started my journey in December 2018 by eliminating one bad thing at a time. Lost 10 pounds by May doing that and in May I got serious. Since then I’m down an additional 40 pounds!!

-Ate healthy and eliminated sugar completely. At lean protein and lots of veggies. I don’t really follow a plan other than that and I also workout 6 days a week.

Now I can’t decide if I wanna go for more weight loss or not...
