Spotting vs period
How do you decide if you are spotting or having your period if you are irregular?
I sometimes spot a few before my period. For example this month I started spotting yesterday and my period should be in about 4 days. We are trying to conceive but we are struggling. It’s been almost 6 months with no pregnancy. Should I be marking spotting days as my period?
