Why does my period stop and start again??

my periods always stop for a day or a couple hours then start again. this time it stopped, started, stopped and started again. wtfff is this bullshit?

Mine used to do that all the time too... like for literal years I would always get what I called the “second wave” which was like after day 2 or 3 I’d get the fake-out end of my period, and then day 3 or 4 I’d start cramping and bleeding again 🙄 a few months ago I finally got on the right dose of progesterone supplements, and (knock on wood!) that doesn’t happen to me anymore!
But yeah I think it’s normal. Our bodies do weird things 🤷🏻‍♀️ I always tried to think of it like at least you get a break for a day or so before it hurts again lol.
