I’m so confused...

So my fiancé and I are trying to have a baby. I was supposed to get my period on July 18th. I’ve taken like 12 pregnancy tests and they all come up negative. Went and got a blood test done and that came back negative. Yet it’s August 12th now and I still don’t have my period... I’m so confused and I don’t understand what’s going on and all those negatives really made me upset...
