I'm on CD 25 and haven't ovulated yet (negative opks and still low bbt) but have had 5 days straight of EWCM, now today cm is more wet/creamy. How soon after ovulation does bbt show the spike? Does it take a few days? My opks have been really light for the past 3 weeks, but could I have just missed peak? I'm a bit confused with my body right now...

Also, I did travel recently so maybe time zones messed up my ovulation?

Any thoughts or experiences would be helpful!
