I always get the quickest and best results from using Alieve. It's the best other than prescription 800 mg ibuprofen. Medicines that are specifically for menstrual cycle cramps never work for me like Midol never works for me.

Tbh I don’t know anyone who actually takes pamprin lol. I’m personally allergic to aspirin, so I’ve never taken it but all my friends just take ibuprofen, Tylenol, or Advil.

Regular ole ibuprofen which is meant for inflation. You don’t need midol or pamprin which is just overpriced ibuprofen. Get the store brand and save the money.
