I need some advice idk if any of you have had this problem before ?

I have two <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period tracker</a> apps and in one of them it says that I’m 4 days late and the other app it says that I’m suppose to get my period in 1 day so I took a pregnancy test last Monday n it came out negative now I’m feeling very emotional and I have been cramping and having dull pain on both sides of my ovaries and have been having white discharge should I take another pregnancy test now or should I wait 4

More days ?
