Help! My husband is an alcoholic, he drinks every day, we have two sons, 6 and 5, a daughter who has just turned 3. I love him and he loves his family, but he drinks everyday. He has the shakes after 2 days and I don't want my children to grow up with seeing this. He goes gets help and is better for a few weeks before he gets back on the bender. I don't know what I can do, I've tried helping but he isn't getting better. I love him so much and he has been so good to me and our children but he is not himself anymore. He relies on alcohol and it seems that it comes first now. It breaks my heart, he is so sweet and caring. Help ?
