White bumps on nipples??

Have any of you ladies had white bumps on nipples as an early pregnancy sign? Iv never has this before and my boobs have been extremely sore to the touch!

I have a friend who is now 8 months pregnant, an increase in these white lumps and sore boobs were here first indication of BFP. Good luck.
