is this normal ??

so i took plan b about a month ago and i ended up getting my period late, lasted for a week. it ended yesterday. but today i feel moist but there’s no discharge. i feel like i’m gonna get my period again. can this be because of the plan b ??? anyone i’m kinda freaking out. usually after my period i don’t feel like this.
