I was taking BCP for about 12 years and just got off them a few months ago and my periods are so so bad. I know it’s going to take more than a few months to regulate but they’re worst than I can ever remember them being. I spot for a week prior to, have my period for 5 days then spot for a week after and I’m almost bed bound from the pain, mostly in my lower back and down my legs, my insides literally feel like they’re about to fall out of my vagina 😅 please tell me it gets better lol
