So excited
My toddler has lots of energy and we are just getting into a good flow with baby and our daily schedule. Usually by this time of day I'm ready for bed lol. Since being cleared for exercise and not getting to the gym yet( my goal is next Monday to start again) I decided to do a 20 min yoga practice followed by some sets of squats and lunges and what do you know...my 2 year old did this with me and even laid still for a 3 minute savasana. So happy to move my body again and destress and now I have a buddy when I do at home workouts.
