TMI BUT I NEED A IDEA WHAT GOING ON!

So 2 weeks ago till last Friday night my boobs were sore and sensitive, and Then Saturday I went to bathroom in morning due to wipeout and see pink blood so I put pad thinking I’m about start then last 3 days I been getting these (what in picture) when I wipe but no period and I’m going on 9 day no period... HAVENT TEST SINCE DAY BEFORE MISSED PERIOD AND WAS NEGATIVE
