I've never posted on here before and feel silly but I've been trying for 2 years for my second with no luck but my period was 4/5days late this month then started yesterday really light, my periods are always heavy and I've been having really intense cramps like I'm in labour I can barely move I saw the doc and they told me to take a test it was negative but I take tranexamic acid to control my bleeding now I'm worried its hiding a miscarriage and not sure what to do my doctor wasn't very helpful at all today 😔
