Hello everyone, good to see great US pictures today. Thank God for those beautiful babies. To the ladies that got their BFP in this group, what did y'al do after transfer? Food, rest or no rest, if you rested, how many days before going back to work, everything you did this cycle. Kindly share with everyone what you think you did differently that made it work.

This is my first FET. My fresh transfer ended in early miscarriage. Got my period yesterday and also started estrace yesterday. Praying all goes well, my transfer will be towards the end of the month.
