Late ovulation or pregnancy signs?

Hi so I stopped my pill July 19th, bleed 25th-27th. Last few days especially today I’ve had sore boobs, upset stomach, teary, mood swings and cramps. Could it be late ovulation (due to coming off the pill and not knowing my cycle yet) or early pregnancy signs?...baby danced every day from 28th til 9th then again today🤞🏻
