I got my IUD 3 months ago. It is a kyleena. I am 19 and just started to be sexually active about 6 months ago.

I’ve had sex with my iud in many times. However, last week I was on my period.

On what was supposed to be my last day of my period (according to <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a>, and also Bc it was my 7th day and there was like a drop of blood!), I had sex with my boyfriend and it was pretty rough.

The sex didn’t hurt at all, but I have continued bleeding since then. Could it have just extended my period? Or could he have moved my iud? I figured I would be in pain if that happened, and I’m not.

So...Does sex sometimes make your period last longer? It’s been 11 days of bleeding now in total which is a long time... or could by iud have gotten moved?
