34 weeks pregnant, having bad period cramps?

I had them earlier and they seemed to get better. Just started having them again a bit worse. Early labor pains? Also I've been having back pain today

I’ve been having the same symptoms for the past few days. Cramping lasting up to 2 hours. Drink a TON of water, and lay down. I have also found sitting on my birth ball helps with the pressure.

They might be Braxton Hicks. Are you drinking enough water?  , is anything else going on?
