Unexpected bleeding

I missed my birth control Thursday and Friday but I called my doctor and was just told to continue taking it as regular and discard the ones I missed. I did have unprotected sex almost every day I just don’t log it. Today I started light bleeding. Could this be a sign of pregnancy or just a side effect from missing 2 pills?
