So my son has these red bumps on one side of his face and at first i thought it was a heat rash but its only getting worse and spreading.

My baby girl has the same thing ! I’m going to ask her pediatrician at her 2 month check up... when we went for her 1 month, her pediatrician told me that if she gets a rash or bumps on her face it’s completely normal... but I’m like 🤔

Our baby boy had baby acne and cradle cap that started around 3 weeks and has started to clear up. The second photo is around 4w5d. Our pediatrician recommended just letting it run its course and he’s doing just fine. It’s super scary to look at though and we felt so bad for him. We use no fragrance lotions, soap, and detergents and no perfume or cologne for anyone holding him

Baby acne! Super common. It’s from your hormones! My girly has it. Not much you can do for it. My pediatrician suggested wiping with a wet washcloth at night or after she’s been hot
