Clean up question

The other day my boyfriends dad gave our dog a bone from the butcher shop despite my boyfriend telling him not to because itll make our dog sick. Well low and behold, our dog gets the runs and poops majorily in the bedroom and a little in the the spare bedroom. I cleaned it up yesterday. I used the shampoo pet cleaner and I also sprinkled oxiclean and white vinegar on it as an extra sanitary cleaning precaution. Then I sprayed lysol everywhere because I was paranoid it was still contaminated. This is the first time his poop was watery and stuff. Very rarely has he pooped in the house but that's because we weren't home most of the day. Usually I'm good with just the vacuum solution and vinegar but idk why this time I'm just so paranoid I'm walking on poop everywhere.

My question is: is it clean enough? There is no stain or obvious residue. Am I being too germaphobic?
