I don’t know if I’m pregnant I’m scared and need help

I took three pregnancy tests one was negative and the other two had a very faint second line. Yesterday it had been three weeks since I’ve had sex and I was very nauseous and I had a very hot body temperature but I felt like I was freezing. I felt nauseous but a different kind of nauseous. I was very emotional this past week I’ve been crying multiple times and day and usually for very stupid reasons. I’m very irritable and scared. Does anybody think I am pregnant?
