I would talk to your doctor about it...biased opinions and advice from people on the internet can be dangerous for you and your baby.

I asked my doctor about it. She looked into it and advised me to consume about 30g of carbs per day and to take prenatal vitamins. It has not effected my supply. I’ve been doing it for about 13 weeks now while nursing.

It’s not really safe. And it will murder your supply.

I tried it one day and my supply was cut in half... Gonna try it out just to help dry me up when I start weaning.
