Should you take Premama Fertility Support if your cycle is already extremely regular?
I started taking Premama Ferility Support because I saw so many good reviews on it. Well, I got off my period Saturday, started taking Premama on Sunday, and today have had quite a bit of spotting. Just curious if this is normal/ok and if I should continue using it? My cycles are about 31 days long and extremely regular so I don't wanna mess anything up.
