Any other couples getting healthy together?
My husband and I were once fit a long time ago. We got married, went through drama, lived life and have three kids. Got really busy. Once we hit our highest after having our third son, we decided, it’s time to get us back. For me, I want to set an example of a healthy lifestyle for my kids just like my parents did for me but have fun with it. My husband goes to the gym, I like to be at home with my own routine for now and on our days off, we started to have a family exercise regimen. I have a long way to go. At least to me. I have 30 pounds to get to my comfortable weight I was once at and for now, my husband has 15 pounds, which before that, he did lose a total of 40 pounds.
I think it’s great to see other couples do something together and keep each other motivated.
