So today I went to my GYN and after showing him a transvaginal ultrasound of the ovarian cyst I have ln my left side, he gave me Cryselle Birth Control for 3 months to eliminate the cyst.

I'm kind of scared because I went through hell 3-4 years ago because of two birth control pills (aviant and sprintec) and since I stopped taking them, i suffer from amenorrhea constantly and my vaginal balance changed since I started birth control. Lots of infections including UTI, itchiness, dryness, painful sex, loss of desire, my curly hair turned flat, loss weight and then gained a ton of weight. And it has taken me a long time to recover from all of that and recover my curly hair. I'm in a better stage now, but the ovarian cyst causes me lots of pain. So even tho I will take Cryselle for 3 months only for that, I hope to not struggle again and lose all I've recovered. And hopefully it finally eliminates the cyst or shrinks it, idk. Because the past BC didn't work and it got it bigger. So let's see what happens. I'll pray for everything to go smooth and well. 🙏🏽
