Ovidrel - cold or room temp?

I misplaced my instructions. My Ovidrel is in the refrigerator. Should I take it out for 2 hours for let it get at room temp before taking it or should I take it cold right from the refrigerator?

Leave it out for a while. The pharmacist told me to leave it out overnight, but a nurse at my fertility doctor said you can just leave it out for an hour or so until it gets to room temperature. She said it would sting more if it was cold. Good luck.
