uti helpopp

so i thought i had a uti about two weeks ago and i was right , they said they found white blood cells in my urine and gave me anti biotics and now i am on vacation and just finished them and the symptoms are somewhat back, such as the frequent urge to pee with little coming out and that discomfort. what should i do ???
