Herpes or skin tag

Hello I was curious to see if anyone knew what this could be if anyone has herpes and does this look like that I just don’t know what to think I normally get bumps on my inner thigh due to walking and what not I don’t have insurance and I would like to see other people’s opinion before I go in pay for this to get checked out
