Tips for stopping breastfeeding cold turkey

I have a 13 month old that I still breastfeed at night. It soothes her! Long story short, I’m going out of town for work for a week and baby will be with hubby. I need to stop breastfeeding for this reason, and also because I’m just ready to stop!

Any tips? I know it will be hard. But what should I expect? Any advice? Will my boobs hurt?
