Not period related but.... This is a picture of my THROAT. My tonsils look like this and feel irritated more often than not. What could this be a result of? Doctors always say it isn’t strep or anything of the sort.

ive has strep throat 3 times in my life , and thats how it always starts .

If you have a sore throat and cant eat, that's tonsillitis maybe. See a doctor hun x

Have you tried squeezing them? And to see if a discharge comes out. Chances are they're getting affected by the bacteria in your mouth. It doesnt necessarily mean tonsillitis etc but that can happen also. They shouldn't be that size though. I'm going to guess you snore, or potentially have sleep apnoea with them being enlarged. 
You should ask your doctor to sort them out, even if that means removal (not pleasant when an adult). But it's for your long term health.
