How must a pregnant womens urine look like especially at first trimester?

Urine can’t really determine pregnancy at all. Urine color changes based off of the amount of fluids you drink and what not.

Urine color is based on hydration. If you are pregnant you should be drinking a lot of water so your urine should be a very pale yellow. But color of urine doesn’t determine pregnancy.
