Red and pink blood in discharge?

I’m 38 weeks, and I got checked 3 days ago, I also haven’t had sex recently. I keep having red and pink blood mixed in with my discharge, but it’s only the thicker gel like discharge that has the stringy blood in it if that makes sense. Should I call my OB and let them know? I’m already 5cm dilated and 90% effaced (Went into preterm labor at 32 weeks) It just seems weird to me that I’m still having blood days later without anything being up there to bother my cervix recently. When I was in preterm labor I already got my bloody show (Golf ball sized gel ball) in the hospital. Is it possible it’s just more bits of plug that has grown back or something. I’m sorry if this made no sense it’s really late! Thanks!
