I’m not ovulating on clomid

I’m pretty sure I’m not ovulating in clomid, I get my LH surge confirmed with opks. But I haven’t seen the rise in temps. This is my second round on clomid and it doesn’t look like anything. My first round of clomid I had to take provera to jump start my period, this round my period came on its own but I still don’t think I ovulated either cycle. Taking clomid cd 5-9 50mg. I got positive opk on cd 13 and 18. Do you guys think I did or am I correct?!?
