Pain?

So I get really bad pains in my right hip and lower back only on the right side by my right hip. It hurts to walk, sit, stand, lay down, basically anything I do it hurts. Has anyone else felt this on just one side?

Yep. Every pregnancy my left hip and lower back kill me. I have to sleep in a recliner just to catch a few hours of sleep at a time because sleeping in bed makes it so much worse no matter my position. I also walk very carefully and make sure I don't do any sudden twists or movements as it can send lightening into my hip/back.
Doctor said it's part of the normal process of your hips widening and when they widen, the joint in the hip becomes unstable. Most people have one slightly shorter leg than the other which throws your center off just the tiniest bit and makes that unstable hip so much more noticeable in pregnancy. 
I just do as much relaxing as possible, sit in quality chairs only with good support, carry weight evenly on my shoulders (e.g. backpack rather than shoulder bags), walk slowly, swim to reduce pressure on joints, baths to release tension. Otherwise, giving birth and allowing your hips to close up is the only other remedy I've found.

How far along are you? My baby favors my right side so sometime she's on a nerve or curled up and it causes me pain only on one side.

I have this and have had it since around 16weeks I’m now 32. I’ve been to a specialist and it’s called PGP ( pelvic girdle pain) or spd .. google it and it will tell you all about it . I was given certain exercises and stretches to do and told what not to do ( such as sitting on the floor or standing for long periods of time ) I was also given a pregnancy belt and was told to get a massage. I’d book to see your doctor so you can learn more about it and get help sooner rather then later
