Anyone else?

Hello leg cramps!!! The past month I’ve had some good ones. This morning I had one wake me up out of a dead sleep at 430am that went on for about 10 minutes. Chugged 20oz of water to help it release. But holy moly these are getting old 😂 
Anyone else get leg cramps?

I was just about to do a post on exactly the same thing then yours was at the top! So yes! I wake up every morning with such sore legs! It’s like I’ve done a workout! I have to keep turning in the night as they get so sore laying on each side! Why is this??

Banana does the magic for me! I eat banana every morning and since then, no more leg cramps for me.
