My baby has had a fever for almost 24 hours. Without Tylenol it is between 102 and 102.8 since yesterday morning but I have been giving him Tylenol pretty regularly even though he fights it. He is acting sleepy and a little out of it sometimes and had diarrhea once but other than that no other symptoms. I’m calling his doctor first thing in the morning since it’s 4 am here, but I hate when he is sick and want to comfort him. I also wish I knew what he was sick with. Anyone else experience a mystery illness?
