How late can you be for af and get an accurate negative? So say if your 1 week late and negative test is that then more than likely the test is right? I know some women get negative then confirmed positive by bloods but I’m just curious x

I didn't get a positive test with my first child until I was almost 8 weeks pregnant despite serial testing almost every day.

More than likely but that’s only if you know for sure you ovulated. Sometimes you can ovulate super late in a cycle and not know it.

I am sure it varies. In my case, my latest positive was almost a week after expected af, but I ended up miscarrying.
If you know when you ovulate, most women would expect to see a positive test by the time your period is a week late.
