Acne clearing?

Okay this probably sounds crazy but I have had pretty bad acne near my chin and mouth since I found out I was pregnant. Now today it seems to have cleared up a lot is this a loss of symptoms or could mean something bad? I’m 21 weeks

I think towards the end of the second trimester our hormones are supposed to even out a great deal.  They are still more than usual, but estrogen and progesterone (if I am remembering the preggo book right) are now in proportions similar to normal.  That may help.

Baby's pancreas is producing it's own hormones, and so less pressure on you to produce the hormones, so your symptoms should decrease
