I’m not even sure what to do!
So I just found out I’m pregnant yesterday and had blood work done as well to confirm, but for the past 2 days including today I feel like I’m getting a sinus infection. This is my first pregnancy so I’m not sure what I’m aloud to take and what not to.. can some of you ladies give me some advice or tips on what to do?
