Anyone use this wrap after having their baby? What are the Pros and cons? I never used a belly wrap after my first pregnancy so I don't know much about them.

I just had my baby and I’ve been told to use them to help give your back some support and your insides go back to normal faster. I do wear one but it’s different than the one in the pic, it actually makes me feel better and it does bring comfort in my back.

I tried the ChongErfei and a bengking wrap a million times each during weeks 2-6. Sadly, if I moved an inch both ended up bunched around my midsection :( I have very wide hips and a small waist, however, so I attribute that as the reason for all the bunching and think they would likely work better on a different shape. This wrap looks like it wouldn’t be able to slide around on any shape and might even snap under the crotch to hold it down so probably much better. I also didn’t like wearing the wrap while breastfeeding as it took away that closeness and I worried was uncomfortable for my baby. I was OK with sleeping in a wrap so I was able to log enough hours to make it worthwhile. Just another thing to consider. I think it’s worth trying :)

I use “full body” and waist band, I’ve been using it for past 5 years . I had my daughter last years and In pregnancy I gained 90 pounds. My gynecologist and plastic surgeon told me to put it on right away after c-section.
