We have a 9 month old GS (almost 10 months) he’s about 80lbs and loves to run and be outside. Well it’s super hot outside (head index in the 110’s we live in Mississippi) so right now he is a fully inside dog. But when it gets winter/fall we know he will love being outside to let out some energy. What would y’all use? He has a pin and we thought about getting another one and doubling it up so he can run. We live on a highway and we have lost a dog before 2 years ago. So we can’t let him just run around. Plus he doesn’t like strangers and people walk on our side road. A “shock” collar scares me that it’ll die or it won’t faze him. We have thought about a runner but he might get tangled up 🤷🏼‍♀️
