Fever of 104.2
😥 my poor girl had a fever of 102.5 yesterday evening. I keep giving her infant tylenol when I can. It brings it down, but it's only slowly increasing. She has an appointment shortly, pretty freaked out and stressing. She isn't showing signs of a cold and/or flu. Super confused. My husband saw her pulling at her ear so I am wondering if maybe an ear infection.
