C-section delivery

Why do people say that c-sections aren’t a real birth? I had to have a c-section because our son was breech. I went through the whole labor process before having a c-section though. I was induced due to high blood pressure, my water broke at the hospital, and I dilated to a 10 all on my own. I pushed for 30 minutes before they realized he was breech. The crazy thing is, four people checked that day and he was head down. He must have flipped after my water broke 🤷🏻‍♀️ But even if you have a scheduled c-section and you never feel a labor pain, the baby is still born and you are still their mother.
