Long story short my new hairdresser royally messed up my hair. Twice. And charged me to fix it the second time. Well now they talked me into coming in to have someone fix it, but don't know if they will refund me from the second visit where she messed it up the worst. They even admitted that she ran out of time and didn't blend it because of this. And this was all after she told me she wasn't going to charge me, but did anyway. Well sweetie, if you don't give me my money back I'm sure your boss would love to hear all about how awkward you made the entire session due to the fact that you couldn't stop complaining about her the entire time🙊 Plus bad reviews can really do some damage in such a small town. I wasn't going to be petty, but I saved up for this, this was the first time ever having my hair done, and I did it to feel human again after having a baby and suffering from PPD. You ruined my hair and robbed me.
